May 27, 2009: Renavitas Technologies LLC management team attended Intersolar 2009 conference held in Munich, Germany, from May 27th, 2009 thru May 29th, 2009, to scan the Solar Energy technology companies with an intention to get a global image of the Solar Energy field.

May 2, 2009: Renavitas Technologies LLC management team visited India from May 2nd, 2009 thru May 14th, 2009 to explore the Indian emerging market for energy and defense electronics fields. Set-up of Renavitas Technologies LLC branch in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, was highly recommended and the management team started looking into the possibility. Discussions were held with key manufacturers of Solar PV modules to help with long term partnerships.

March 19, 2009: Renavitas Technologies LLC was registered with Arizona Corporate Commission with seven founding members. The focus of the company is to provide sustainable energy for the good of the humanity.
